Recipe: Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 3/4 cups pure (or solid) pumpkin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
Instructions
- Mix all the above together well and pour into unbaked deep dish pie shell. (use the recipe on the Tender flake box, if you wish)
- Bake in pre heated 400F oven for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 and continue to bake for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Note: The flavor intensifies as it sits. Best served at room temperature with a generous amount of whipped cream.
