Andrew was the light of our lives. He lived every moment of his life to the fullest. He was funny, he was kind, and we couldn’t have asked for a better son and brother. We are so grateful for the twelve years we had with him. Even though our hearts are broken now, and we can’t imagine our lives without him, we know we will be reunited with him in Heaven some day. We weep for that which has been our delight. Andrew will be greatly missed by: His Mom and Dad, Bob and Judy Siemens, brother Jeremy and sister Carly; Grandma Charlotte Wiens, Uncle Dave Wiens and Uncle Paul Wiens and cousin Tyler; Granma Lottie Siemens, Auntie Arlene and Uncle Duane Rempel, cousins Marshall, Kevin and Thomas, Uncle Reynold and Auntie Vanessa Siemens and cousins Kristen, Matthew, Bryce and David, Auntie Bev and Uncle Kelly Friesen and cousin Brenden, Auntie Joanne Siemens and Rob, Uncle Lyle and Untie Sandie Siemens and cousins Amy, Sarah, Toria and Mark, Uncle Derek and Auntie Sajda Siemens and cousin Jessica, Auntie Shawna and Uncle Kevin Stevenson, as well as many, many friends.
“When you get the choice to sit out or dance, I hope you dance.”
(Time is a wheel in constant motion always rolling along. Tell me who wants to look back on their years and wonder where those years have gone.)
I hope you never lose your sense of wonder You get your fill to eat but always keep that hunger May you never take one single breath for granted God forbid love ever leave you empty-handed I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens Promise me that you’ll give faith a fighting chance And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
I hope you dance I hope you dance
I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance Never settle for the path of least resistance Living might mean taking chances but they’re worth taking Lovin’ might be a mistake but it’s worth making Don’t let some hell-bent heart leave you bitter When you come close to selling out reconsider Give the heavens above more than just a passing glance And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
I hope you dance I hope you dance
I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens Promise me that you’ll give faith a fighting chance And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
Dance, I hope you dance I hope you dance I hope you dance
